Ruth Lane's amazing Cello Concert this Sunday.

Don't miss this amazing cello music by Ruth lane.  Ruth has been playing with the San Francisco Opera Orchestra and the San Francisco Ballet Orchestra since 1990.  When in 2013 her husband, Tony Lane, gave us a talk about his profession of violin-making, Ruth not only accompanied him to Friends House, but at the end she played one piece marvelously on the cello he had made for her.  Sunday Ruth will play a cello concert of music by composers J. S. Bach, American George Crumb and Benjamin Britten.  The concert is in our Library and a reception will follow in Commons A.
