MINDFUL MOVEMENT AND MEDITATION: Instructor Diane See

Mondays through Dec 17th, 2018; 1:00PM to 2:30 PM.  Start anytime and register at the class.  Calm your mind and body with seated Meditation in Motion. Focus on breath, relaxation, and slow flowing exercises.

• No age limit for Older Adults Program courses though they are tailored for seniors
