Assisted Living Rates

Friends House offers residential, health, and social services for the elderly in a manner designed to provide high quality services at the lowest feasible cost. Friends House is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) providing three levels of care, but residents from outside of Friends House may live in the Assisted Living Center, if space is available. Fees are determined by the services provided.

A monthly rate of $5,500 (effective May 1, 2010) is charged for a private room with a patio. Each room has a private lavatory. Both ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents are accepted.
