Assisted Living Rates

Friends House offers residential, health, and social services for the elderly in a manner designed to provide high quality services at the lowest feasible cost. Friends House is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) providing three levels of care. If space is available, residents from outside of Friends House may live in the Assisted Living Center. Fees are determined by the services provided.

A monthly rate of $5,500 (effective April 1, 2013) is charged for a private room with a patio. Each room has a private lavatory. Both ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents are accepted. For more information regarding the Assisted Living Center, call 707-573-4523, or use our Contact Us form.
