Like the deeply rooted Oak tree, Friends House emphasizes its roots in Quaker practices. The Friends Association of Services for the Elderly board is comprised of both Quaker and non-Quaker members, two of whom are residents. Friends House is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).
